Intended use Immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative determination of total P1NP in human serum and plasma.This assay is intended for use in monitoring therapy following the diagnosis of osteoporosis in post-menopausal women and in patients diagnosed with Paget’s disease of the bone.The electrochemiluminescence immunoassay “ECLIA” is intended for use on cobas e immunoassay analyzers.
