Intended use The Elecsys Apolipoprotein E4 Plasma assay is an in vitro immunoassay intended for the qualitative determination of the apolipoprotein E4 (ApoE4) in human plasma.
The Elecsys Apolipoprotein E4 Plasma assay is not intended to replace any clinical or diagnostic examination.The electrochemiluminescence immunoassay “ECLIA” is intended for use on cobas e immunoassay analyzers.
